2022 Skin-Fermented Pinot Gris
Tasting notes
Aromas of rose petal, maraschino cherry, cola, dried herbs, strawberry jam, and redwood forest. The palate is fresh and light, with a beautiful texture from the skins. Enjoy this with your favorite Indian, Korean, or Japanese foods.
Production notes
The grapes were hand-picked on Sept 12 and were de-stemmed into a bin before natively fermenting for 10 days. Once dry, the grapes were gently pressed and aged and transferred to neutral French oak barrels to age until bottling in June 2023.
