2022 Three Strands Red Wine
Tasting notes
The wine opens with red raspberry, blueberry, bright cherry, chalk, and spice. The palate is loaded with more Italian herbs, lavender, and violet. Bright acid sings through this wine and has a wonderful soft texture. Pairs wonderfully with vegetarian dishes or as a refreshing aperitif wine. Serve slightly chilled.
Production notes
The individual components were hand-picked and natively fermented in small batches before being blended in Jan 2023. The wine continued to age in neutral French oak before being bottled in mid-June 2023.
